Nighttime closure of 36th Ave SW begins Sunday, Sept. 17

A portion of 36^th Ave SW in Altoona will be closed for overnight work beginning Sunday, Sept. 17. Work will begin at 8 p.m. and will completely close the roadway between 8^th Street SW to north of Walmart. Businesses along 36^th Ave SW can still be accessed via access roads, Birch Lane and 34^th Ave SW. The map below shows access points for businesses.

Each day, the road will close at 8 p.m. and will remain closed until the early morning. This closure will be weather permitting.
