Monday, October 24 – Friday, October 28, 1st Avenue South, between 2nd St. and 3rd St. will be undergoing construction with one lane open and controlled by flaggers from 9am-3pm each day (weather permitting). Around 9 a.m. paving operations will begin, causing short delays while cement trucks are unloading. Traffic will be given access between trucks. Please plan accordingly.
